When you send us drawings, we receive your name, organisation, email, phone number, the details of your project and the files you attach. When you apply for a job, we receive your name, email, phone number, the role, your experience and your CV.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to you: to prepare an estimate, to discuss your project, or to consider your application. We do not sell them or share them for marketing.

Where it is kept

Your message reaches our office by email and is also kept in the website’s admin, which only our staff can open. Attached files are stored in a folder that cannot be opened from the web.

How long

We keep enquiries while we are discussing the work with you, and applications while a suitable role may come up. After that we delete them, unless the law asks us to keep them longer.
