A university phase that grew by a third
Phase III of DIT University on Mussoorie Diversion Road: academic blocks, the administrative building and more.
What we built
An RCC frame with brickwork, with electrical, water supply, sanitary, firefighting and waterproofing works. A basement and 7 storeys, about 21 metres high. Work began on 1 June 2012.
How it went
The University added to the work as it went, and the scope grew by about a third. We completed it on 27 March 2019. The University rated our work Outstanding for quality, financial soundness, technical proficiency and behaviour.
